I know I haven't written on here or on my blog spot diary in a very long time. The thing is, it seems like I am lazy to write stuff and usually no one leaves comments on my diaries.
Nothing much has happened to me since I last wrote an entry. I'm still working for McDonald's which I really hate, I'm still single, but I'll talk about that in another paragraph, still living at home which sucks when you have a brother that dosen't take care of stuff at all. Life sucks.
I have been thinking about getting back into school. I most likely would go back next fall. In today's society, it seems like no one will hire anyone that dosen't have a college degree. I've tried looking for a different job and have had no success. But since I graduated in 2005, I never did go back to school and am kinda scared to go back. I have forgotten a lot of the knowledge that I had learned which could make it difficult, I do have a hard time adjusting to change, and mainly just nervous more so.
I am still single, and while there are times where I do like being single, there are other times that I wish I had that special someone in my life. Reasons of why I like being single are that it seems like girls are nothing but trouble. They usually have bad attitudes and they can get very expensive as well and a lot of girls are into the big party stuff, clubbing and that's stuff I am not into at all. I'm not saying that all girls are like that. I'm sure there are some very nice girls out there and I do know that someday, I will find that girl. But on days when I'm feeling down, I just wish I had that special someone who would listen to me and help me when I need it.
I am thinking about dumping a friend I have known since 2002. She now has a bf who in my opinion dosen't like me talking to her. I have spoken to him and I don't like the way he talks to me and even said threatening stuff as well to me. It sucks to have to dump a friend who has a bf that could be that controlling, but I may have to do what's best. If you want to talk more about this issue, send me a private message.
I'm still not sure if I want to drive yet or not. We finally got a different vehicle, but it's a fancy vehicle. It's a 1997 Cadillac DeVille. Insurance would go through the roof and if I wrecked the car, it probabily could not be replaced since it has over 140,000 miles on it. And I can get scared easily which is bad when it comes to driving.Well that's about all I wanted to talk about.

The week of April 5, 2009
Events that happened the week of April 5, 2009:
Sunday: It was Palm Sunday so I went to church. After church, I didn't do anything except my usual stuff.
Monday: I worked. Been having problems getting along with an employee overthere for quite sometime. I still haven't had a chance to talk to my restaurant manager about her. After work, I just went home and relaxed.
Tuesday: Another work day, but something interesting happened. There have been utility crews out installing new phone lines in the area by my work. They dug underground to bury some of the lines and guess what. They hit a gas line causing a gas leak in the area. They had closed down leonard street by where my McDonald's restaurant is up to pine NW. There was a fire truck, a police car blocking off the area and some tape. A guy from the gas company came in and checked all the drains but we were ok. My mom picked me up fortunately.
Back in February, we bought a 1997 cadillac deville. A great car, but on Wednesday, we had to take it into the garage. A few Saturdays ago, a message on the dashboard started to appear that said "Check Coolant Level" We monitored the temperatures and they were normal and figured we would get the coolant soon. Well we waited too late. On Tuesday, while my mom was waiting to pick me up, she saw steam coming out the hood. Normal temperatures for that car are supposed to be between 195-202. The temperature gauge went all the way up to 225 degrees that day. So then on Wednesday, we went and got antifreeze to put in it, but I wasn't sure of how much to put in it. I put in the whole bottle. Well at first I put a little in at the auto store, but it still said Check Coolant Level. I put the rest in and guess what. Still said it. Well we thought that maybe we had to drive around for a bit to have it work. Well that didn't work. The temperature got all the way up to 248 degrees. 250 is boiling point. So then we couldn't get far since the temperature rapidly went up fast. We then took it in to the radiator shop and they had found that the coolant tank had cracked. It possibly cracked because the car may have run out of coolant or the thermostat did stick. So they had to put in a new coolant tank, take apart and clean the radiator and put in a new thermostat. Total cost $235 to have all that done! Fortunately, my grandparents helped pay for the repairs. But now the car seems to be running good. Dropped it off Wednesday and picked it up on Thursday. Then on Thursday night, I went to eat dinner at my grandparents house. We had KFC for dinner. I ate chicken breasts, mashed potatoes w/ gravy and mac and cheese.
Friday was good Friday. Went to church at 2PM, then did nothing the rest of the day. I was off of work both Thursday and Friday.
Saturday which is today, I worked from 10AM-1PM. It was steady business. Then I went to easter vigil mass which was at 4PM. I usually go to Easter Sunday mass. I was gonna go stay the night at my father's house, but he arrived drunk as all get out. He called at around the time he was supposed to pick us up, my brother picked up the phone and he could tell that he sounded like he was drinking. Sure enough he was. So my mom did not let us go with him which was a good thing. He was pissed, but I didn't want to risk getting killed. My father has always been and will always be an alcoholic. We've tried to help him in the past to quit drinking, but it hasn't worked. So I am at home for the easter weekend.
That was pretty much my week. Oh and I've been getting a lot of headaches lately too. Could be because I've been stressed or sitting in front of the PC too much.
That's all for now.

What I did this past week
Week at a Glance:
This is what I did this past week. I worked, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and today. Business is starting to pick up at work. I am getting scheduled more hours which is good I guess. Well I should say only getting 2-3 days off, but still short days, but also a couple long days too. I still am having trouble getting along with a particular employee at work, and I don't think anything will change there.
On Thursday my day off, we went to the store and did some grocery shopping. Then I had to get the garbage ready since it was garbage pick up day the next day. I otherwise didn't do much the past few days except for be on the PC most of the time. I did do some laundry today as well. The weather has been cold and raining some days. It is however supposed to get rather cold and they are saying we could get a lot of snow on Monday which sucks. Every year for spring break, it's usually cold and either raining or snowing.
I got church tomorrow, then I will otherwise be at home doing nothing.
That's about all.

Hoping I don't get Sick
I regret to say that I am being exposed to germs at home. My brother was sick with a cold all week and now my mom is catching it too. So far, I've been lucky not to get sick, but who knows if that will last. I usually do get a major cold in the spring most years, so I'm pretty sure I will get it eventually.

Monday's Entry
As you may have read earlier, I have decided to get this blog up and running again. This entry will be about what I did this past weekend and what I did today. Let's start with Friday. I had to work from 11:45 AM until 2:00 PM. Work was going ok for the most part until it came to my last hour. I was put in the front drive thru window which I sometimes hate, and Friday was one of those days I didn't want to be there. I was working with a manager I absolutely hate and she was thinking that I kept handing out the wrong orders to people. Well 2pm came and she wanted me to stay and make sure things were stocked up, but I couldn't stay because it was actually 2:15 PM and my mom was out waiting to give me a ride home. So maybe she was mad that I didn't stock for her. So that night, I just watched TV and was on the PC.
Saturday I was supposed to have worked from 8AM-11:30 AM but was asked to stay until 1PM because someone went home sick. It was a very busy day. A whole basketball league came in and ate lunch with us and people waited forever for food. But we got through it ok for the most part. After work, I went with mom to The Corner Bar and got hot dogs to go. We brought our own drinks. Then drove around rockford looking for our dream home if we ever get a lot of money. Then went to the store, then went home and did the usual stuff.
Sunday, I went to church with my uncle as I usually do, but we went to a different church. We went to Parish of the Holy Spirit instead of St. James where I usually go. My uncle had choir practice at St. James for easter and that was at 10AM. It went til almost 11AM. And church there starts at 11AM so we wouldn't have made it in time. We would have gone to St. John Vianney Parish, but it was raining/snowing and quite cold. After church, my uncle had to go pick up a vegetable tray from Family Fare. That was adventerous. My grandpa called the wrong Family Fare store. We had to go out to Allendale to pick up the vegetable tray for a benefit they went to later that day. Then I went home and did some Laundry and chilled.
I found out yesterday that my Uncle's hours at work have been cut from 40 hours a week to 30 hours a week. He was very upset about it. This is the first time something like this has happened in the 11 or 12 years that he's worked for the company he's at. He's at a machine shop.
Today I worked and it was an OK day. Worked front counter for the first couple of hours and then the front drive thru window the last 2 hours. It was ok though. Otherwise, that's my day.

New Blog
Well really, I've been a member of this blogspot for over three years, but never really used it much. I'm going to start using it more. It will contain entries about my general life and entries about random things not related to me. I hope to attract readers and see comments from them as well. So if there's anyone who can help me with tips and tricks on how to use this blog such as posting pictures and videos, please let me know.
Thanks
Stephen
